Teams of 2:

A: 10 Rounds (5 each)

- 10 x DB Snatch (50/35)

- 10y x DB Oh Lunge

- 10 x Burpee over DB

- 10y x OH DB Lunge

One partner completed entire round while other does 35 double unders and rests.


B: Chipper (one works at a time)

- 150 x Ski Cals

- 150 x Wallballs
