Last Open WOD of 2022!


Open WOD heats will run on the following schedule:

  • Friday: 5pm

  • Saturday: 8am

  • Monday: 5pm

As always, you're welcome to organize something with one of our coaches too,

but try to make the heat times if you can.

Strength/Skill:

- Front Squat: 5x2 @95-105% of clean max


Metcon: 6 Rounds (rest 1:1)

- 60y Shuttle

- 20 x Wallballs

- 5 x DL (315/225)
