Strength/Skill:

- 4 x Complex: Squat Clean + 2 x Front Squat

Metcon: 20m AMRAP

- 200m Run

- 7 x Strict Pull-ups (2x Kipping)

- 1 x Squat Clean (95/135/185/225)

Add 1 Squat Clean every round (1, then 2, then 3, then 4, etc..)
