Classes at 7am and 9am.

WOD: 20m Clock (Teams of 3)

Partner A: Row for distance

Partner B & C: Alternate work/rest

- 8 x Burpees

- 8 x DB Step-overs (50/35)

Score is total reps. Every 1k Meters = 10 reps,

Must have someone on rower at all times.
