WE BACK!

 

Regularly scheduled classes are back, starting tomorrow!

  Monday: 5:30am, 8:00am, 4:00pm, 6:00pm

 

All classes will be outside in the bubble, with plenty of room

for social distancing. Cleaning products will be provided

as well.

 

Let's start things out with a bang!

 

Strength:

  - 4x2 Barbell Complex (Squat Clean + Front Squat)

 

Metcon: For Time

  50 Cal Hellbike

  7 Rounds:

  - 10 x Front Squats (95/65)

  - 10 x Burpee-over-bar
