WOD: Monday 4/27/20

Due to the governor's recent order, all scheduled CrossFit classes will be canceled until further notice.

Though devastating news, it is absolutely NOT an excuse to slack off on your fitness!

We'll be posting daily workouts, both here and on the Upper Level Fitness app - so keep an eye out!

All workouts can be done with minimal or no equipment, so get after it and post your times/scores!

Quarantine WOD: 20m E2MO2M

0-2 Minutes: 2 Rounds

- 5 x Burpees

- 5 x Air Squats

2-4 Minutes: 2 Rounds

- 6 x Burpees

- 6 x Air Squats

4-6 Minutes: 2 Rounds

- 7 & 7

6-8 Minutes: 2 Rounds

- 8 & 8

etc...

Complete 2 rounds of burpees and squats in each two minute period, then rest w/remaining time. Add 1 rep to each in the next two minute period. Continue until you can't complete 2 rounds in the two minute period. Start from beginning if you fail to complete a round.
