Saturday Partner WOD!

Teams of 2: 24m EMOM

1: Row Cals

2: Box Jumps

3: DB Hang Snatch (Alternate)

4: Goblet Squats (50/35)

One partner works for the full minute, while other rests. Once both have completed, rotate to next station.

DB CANNOT TOUCH THE GROUND!

If db touches the ground at any time once the timer starts, both partners must stop and complete 20 team burpees.
