Teams of 2:

A) 3 Rounds Each:

- 12/10 Cal Bike

- 12 x Air Squat

B) 3 Rounds Each:

- 10 x Deadlifts (225/135)

- 10 x Burpee-over-bar

C) Alternate till 8 sets completed

- Partner A: 30y DB Lunge (50/35)

- Partner B: 6 x HSPU then rest until partner is finished

D) Partner Development Lap
