- Back Squat: 4x2 work sets @92%

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

- 3 x Front Squats (135/95) (increase by 3 each round!)

- 12 x T2B

- Parking Lot Sprint

Cash-out: 1 x Max Effort set of double unders!

- If 30 or less linked - continue to 100 in as few sets as possible.

- If 30-70 linked - go to 200.

- If more than 70 linked - go to 300.

Every time you break, stop and complete 10 sit-ups!
