- Power Clean: 10m to work up to a heavy single!

Metcon: 20m AMRAP

- 8 x Deadlift (155/105)

- 8 x Hang Cleans

- 16 x Box Jumps

- 20 x Sit-ups

Cash-out: Complete a max effort set of HSPU

- If you completed 5 or less, continue to 20 in as few sets as possible

- If you completed 15 or less, continue to 35 in as few sets as possible

- If you completed more than 20, continue to 50!
