200m Medball Carry (together)

When you return from run, both complete 2 Rnds each of the following (1 works at a time)

- 5 x Burpee Box Jump-overs

- 4 x Hang Clean and Jerk (135/95)

B: Complete the following:

- 50 Cal Bike

- 50 x HSPU

- Choose: 12 x Rope climbs or 50 x T2B
