  Buy-in: 400m Run

  4 Rounds

  - 9 x Deadlifts (135/95)

  - 9 x Hang Cleans

  - 9 x Front Squat 

  Cash-out: 400m Run

 

Cash-out:   Complete a max effort set of T2B

  - If you completed 10 or less, continue to 35 in as few sets as possible

  - If you completed 30 or less, continue to 70 in as few sets as possible

  - If you completed more than 30, continue to 100
