WOD: Friday 3/15/19

Head's Up: There will be NO Saturday AM session for Open heats this week! If you're participating in the Open, please try to make it to one of the other times to be judged (Friday 5PM and Monday 5PM). Please try to be warmed up and ready to go at 5, so we can get heats moving.

Classes will continue as normal.

Metcon: 20m AMRAP

- 5 x Medball Shuttles

- 15 x Medball Squat Cleans

- 15 x Ball Slams

- 15 x Medball Sit-ups
