Complete 3142 meters on your choice of Row/Ski/Run
Every 3m stop and do 3 burpees
Head's Up: There will be no Saturday AM session for Open heats. If you're participating in the Open, please try to make it to one of the other times to be judged. Classes will continue as normal.
