12 Days of Fitmas!!

Come join us for a special, Holiday-Themed Workout!

Exercises are to be completed like the song verses!

1 sled push,

then 2 thrusters + 1 sled push,

then 3 HSPU + 2 thrusters + 1 Sled Push

...etc

- 1 – Sled Push

- 2 – Thrusters (or 2 x Bar Muscle-ups)

- 3 – HSPU (or 6 x Push-ups)

- 4 – Hang Squat Clean (155/105)

- 5 – Pull-ups

- 6 – DB Snatch (50/35)

- 7 – Burpees

- 8 – Wallballs

- 9 – Toes-to-bar

- 10 – Box Jumps

- 11 – Shoulder-to-Overhead (155/105)

- 1200 – Meter Run (Dress Festively to cut run in half!)

Holiday Hours:

Mon 12/24/18: No 5:30am Class.

Gym open 6am to 1pm - no afternoon classes.

Tues 12/25/18: CLOSED for Christmas!!

Wed 12/26/18: No 5:30am Class.

All other classes will continue as normal!
