Saturday Partner WOD!

Gauntlet 400

- 400 x Row Cals

- 400 x Bike Cals

- 400 x Ski Cals

- 800 x Wallballs

- Hollow Rocks (20)

- Rest

Each team member stays at each station for 1 minute, then the entire team rotates until 400 reps are completed. When a station is completed it becomes a rest minute.
