Metcon: Hero Wod - Partner "Bert"

For Time: - 50 burpees - 400m run/1k bike - 100 push-ups - 400m run/1k bike - 150 walking lunges - 400m run/1k bike - 200 squats - 400m run/1k bike - 150 walking lunges - 400m run/1k bike - 100 push-ups - 400m run/1k bike - 50 burpees

Partition reps for each movement. For the run/bike phase, both must be completed at the same time (partners can alternate)!
