- 5x5 Back Squat (75%)

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

- 10 x KB Swings

- 10 x Goblet Squats

- 1 x Shuttle Sprint (up and back on turf)

Add 1 sprint each round! (round 2 = 2 sprints, round 3 = 3., etc)

Cash-out: 100 x Hollow rocks
