  - Pause Front Squat (2s at bottom) + 1 x Front Squat (no pause): 6 sets

  Work up to max clean!

 

Metcon:

  Minute 1-7 (AMRAP)

  - Parking Lot Sprint

  - 10 x Front Squats (155/105)

  - 1 x Rope Climb

  Rest till minute 10

  Minute 10-17 (AMRAP)

  - 30 x Double Unders

  - 20 x Air Squats

  - 10 x Pull-ups

  Rest till minute 20

  Complete 800m run for time
