(REMINDER: We'll be hosting a special 8am session on Sunday - Christmas Eve - for anyone that can't make Saturday, as well! No excuses!)

Dress Festively and be rewarded!

Exercises are to be completed like the song verses!

(1 sled push, then 2 thrusters + 1 sled push, then 3 HSPU + 2 thrusters + 1 Sled Push... etc)

- 1200 – Meter Run (Dress Festively to reduce to 120m!)

- 11 – Shoulder-to-Overhead

- 10 – Box Jumps

- 9 – Toes-to-bar

- 8 – Wallballs

- 7 – Burpees

- 6 – DB Snatch

- 5 – Pull-ups

- 4 – Hang Squat Clean

- 3 – HSPU

- 2 – Thrusters (or Bar Muscle-ups)

- 1 – Sled Push
