WOD: Friday 12/1/17

December is: DOUBLE UNDER MONTH!

Time to do some spring cleaning on that goal board! There's only 31 more days to get your double unders into shape, before the end of the year! We'll be stepping up the sub options over the next month to encourage the double unders to flow! There might even be a challenge or two coming up as well! Keep an eye out!

Strength/Skill:

- Squat Cleans: 5x3 @75%

Metcon: 4 x Intervals (1m on/30s off)

- Medball sprint (end of street)

- KB Swings

- Push-ups

- Double Under (NPU Burpees!)
