- Stretch/foam roll

- 15 x pass-throughs

- Good morning

- Band walk (10y up and back)

- Band side-step (10y both sides)

- 10y Front lunge w/torso twist

2x

- Suicide "sprint"

- 10 x Squat cleans w/bar

- 10 x T2B

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat w/3s pause: 4x3 @75% (up from last week)

Metcon: 10m AMRAP (add one squat clean each round!)

- 1 x Squat Clean (75% of squat clean)

- 15 x Sit-ups

- Parking Lot sprint
