- Power Clean: work up to a single at 80%, then complete 2x3 drop sets (up from last week)

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

- 12 x Sumo dead high-pull (115/75)

- 16 x Box Jumps

- 20 x V-ups

Cash-out: 2 x 500m Row @ 2k pace (rest 2m between)
