- Band shoulder prep

- 10 x Snatch Hang High Pulls

- 10 x Muscle Snatch

- 10 x Behind the neck snatch press

- 10 x OH Squat

Strength/Skill:

- Snatch: build up to 80%, then complete 8x1

Metcon: 12m EMOM

- 10 x DB Snatch (75/50)

- 15 x C2B Pull-ups

- 15 x Burpees

Cash-out: 5x100 Ladder + 60s Plank (or until partner is finished)
