Round 2

- 25 x T2B

- 50 x Double Unders

- 13 x Squat Cleans (185/115)

Round 3

- 25 x T2B

- 50 x Double Unders

- 11 x Squat Cleans (225/145)

If first 3 rounds are successfully completed, athlete gains 8m to move on to round 4 and 5:

Round 4

- 25 x T2B

- 50 x Double Unders

- 9 x Squat Cleans (275/175)

Round 5

- 25 x T2B

- 50 x Double Unders

- 7 x Squat Cleans (315/205)
