- 20 x Face-pulls

- 1k Bike

Strength/Skill:

- Push Jerk: find a 2RM, then complete 2x2 deloads at -10kg

Metcon: 4 Sets Intervals (1m on/30s off)

M1 - KB Swings

M2 - Box Jumps

M3 - Push-ups

M4 - Plank hold

Cash-out:

- Tabata handstand holds! (8 rounds: 20s on 10s off)
