- Front lunge w/torso twist down turf

- 15 x Box jumps (land in full squat at top of box)

- Parking lot sprint

- 30 x Double Unders

Strength/Skill:

- Front Squat: find a new 3RM!

Metcon: 12m AMRAP

- 24 x Double Unders

- 12 x Standing Back-rack Barbell Lunges

- 9 x C2B Pull-ups
