- 2 x Deep Side Lunge (20s per side)

- 10y Band March (forward/backward/sideways)

- 500m Bike

2x

- 8 x Ring Rows

- 8 x KB Swings

- 6 x R-Leg Step-ups

- 6 x L-Leg Step-ups

Strength/Skill:

- Front Squat: work up to 75% x3, then complete 2x3 drops sets

Metcon: 3 Rounds

- 70 x Double Unders

- 50 x Air Squats

- 20 x Alt. DB Snatch (75/50)
