Strength/Skill:

- 10x10 Pistol snatches while standing on medball

Metcon: For time w/a partner (unless your name is Evan)

- Redo 17.1

- Rest 17.3 seconds

- Redo 17.5

- Score = number of scaled pull-ups completed in 17.2

Cash-out: hold plank till Billy snatches 115 or Brandee get's double unders!

Cash-out #2: 1000lb sled push - Frank Wooley vs. Rest of the gym
