- 150 Singles

- 8 x Deadlift

- 8 x Hang Clean

- 8 x Front Squat

- 8 x Push Press

Strength/Skill:

- Find a 1RM Power Clean!

- Then complete 4x5 RDLs at that weight

Metcon: 4 Rounds (14m Cap)

- 10 x Deadlift (135/95)

- 10 x Hang Clean (135/95)

- 10 x Front Squat (135/95)

- 200m Run
