Warm-up:

- 15 x Kip Swings

- 15 x Good mornings w/bar

3x "Cindy"

- 5 x pull-ups

- 10 x push-ups

- 15 x squats

Strength/Skill:

- RDL: 5x8

- Fat Bar Bridges: 5x10

Metcon: 15m EMOM

- 2 x Power Clean (75% of max)

- 15 x Bike Cals

- 10 x Burpees

- Max Sit-ups
