  - 15 Pass-throughs

  - 6 per arm x KB Bottom-up press

  - 15 x Face Pulls w/band

  - 15 x Band Pull-aparts

  - 10 x K2E

 

Strength/Skill:

  - 4 Sets: 3 x Push Press + 2 x Push Jerk @50% of c&j (add weight from last week!)

 

Metcon: 10m AMRAP

  - 10 x Cal Row

  - 10 x T2B

  - 10 x Push Press (115/75)
