Strength/Skill:

  - 4 sets: 3 x Push press + 2 x Push jerk (50% clean and jerk)

 

Metcon: Intervals (1m on/30s off)

  - 5 x Clean and jerk

  - 15/12 x Cal Row

  - 10 x Wallballs (30/20)
