Warm-up:

- Stretch/foam roll

- 150 Singles

- 10 x Single leg calf raises (on plate)

- 10 x glute bridges (2s pause)

- 15 X SLOW Good morning

- Group track warm-up (butt kickers/high knees/shuffle/bugstomps/etc...)

Strength/Skill:

- RDLs: 4x6 (moderate weight)

Metcon: 5 Rounds

- 15 x Deadlift (225/135)

- 15 x T2B

- Parking lot SPRINT

- Rest 1m between rounds (go as hard as you can and actually rest 1m please)
