WOD: Friday 1/6/17

It's that time of the year again! The CrossFit Open is coming up fast! Every Friday, from now till February 17th, we'll be doing an "Open Style" workout in place of our regularly scheduled classes!

For those of you that are new to the Open, this will be a great time to learn the ropes, and practice your judging skills leading up to the big event. The rest of us can use this as a refresher on how the movement standards will be applied, and what working out with a judge is like. Let's have some fun and get after it!

(The first person to correctly predict next week's workout gets to pick Steve's partner for Saturday)

Strength/Skill:

- 10m Gymnastics skill work (pull-ups)

CrossFit Open WOD 12.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:

- 15 x Box jumps (24/20)

- 12 x Push Press (115/75)

- 9 x T2B
