  - 20 x Face pulls w/band

  - 40 x Arm circles (10 forward/back/big/small)

  2x

  - Bike 500m

  - 10 x Push-ups

  - 10 x Ring rows

 

Strength/Skill:

  - Power Clean: work up to 5x1 @70%

 

Metcon: 15m EMOM

  M1 - 15y OH Lunge

  M2 - 40 x Double Unders

  M3 - Bike 15/12 Cals
