Partner A: work on following chipper
- 70 x Pull-ups
- 70 x Wallballs
- 70 x Cal Bike
- AMRAP Power Cleans (205/115)
- Sled push-up, 8 x Burpees, Sled push back, 25 x Double unders
8am Weightlifting - "Linda" 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1
- 1.5 x Bodyweight Deadlift
- 1 x Bodyweight Bench Press
- 3/4 x Bodyweight Squat Clean
(feel free to partner up and push the weights!)
