12 Days of Fitmas!!

 

 

Come join us for a special, Holiday-Themed Workout!

 

Anyone dressed "festively" will have 2 minutes

deducted from their time!

 

 

Exercises are to be completed exactly like the song verses!

(1 sled push, 2 thrusters + 1 sled push, 3 HSPU + 2 thrusters + 1 Sled Push... etc)

 

- 12 – Bike Cals

- 11 – Shoulder-to-Overhead

- 10 – Box Jumps

- 9 – Toes-to-bar

- 8 – Wallballs

- 7 – Burpees

- 6 – DB Snatch

- 5 – Pull-ups

- 4 – Hang Squat Clean

- 3 – HSPU

- 2 – Thrusters (or Bar Muscle-ups)

- 1 – Sled Push
