WOD: Tuesday 12/20/16

Warm-up:

- Shoulder stretches w/bands

- 15 x Samsons w/PVC

- 10 x Single-leg Glute bridge

- 15 x Muscle Snatch w/bar

2x

- 20s Superman

- 20s Hollow body

- 10 x Kip swings

Strength/Skill:

- Power Snatch + Hang Snatch: 5 Sets

Metcon: 16m EMOM (add 2 push-ups each minute)

M1: Row 12/10 Cals + 2 Push-ups

M2: Row 12/10 Cals + 4 Push-ups

etc...

Continue till not able to complete push-ups in minute. Reset back to 2 for following minute.
