  Complete 150 x Singles

  2x

  - 6 x L 1-arm KB Press

  - 6 x R 1-arm KB Press

  - 8 x KB Swings

  - 12 x Toe-touch Jump Squats

  Then, 150 Singles

 

Strength/Skill:

  - Back Squat: 5/5/3/3/1/1/1 (find a new 1rm!)

 

Metcon: 7m AMRAP

  - 7 x L-arm KB hang snatch

  - 7 x L-arm KB hang snatch

  - 10 x Alt. Pistols

  - 24 x Double Unders
