- 8 x Hang Clean w/bar

- 8 x Strict Press w/bar

- 8 x Push Press w/bar

Then, Bike 1k

Strength/Skill:

- Push Press: work up to 3x3 @ 75%

Metcon: 18m EMOM

- M1: 3 x Touch-and-Go Power Cleans

- M2: Sled Push (new sleds)

- M3: 4 x Wall Walks (Try a handstand walk for distance!)

Repeat!
