Strength/Skill:
- Push Press: work up to 3x3 @ 75%
Metcon: 18m EMOM
- M1: 3 x Touch-and-Go Power Cleans
- M2: Sled Push (new sleds)
- M3: 4 x Wall Walks (Try a handstand walk for distance!)
