- Shoulder Stretches w/bands

- 20 x Toe-touch Jump squats

- 15 x Band Face Pulls

- 10 x Muscle Snatch w/bar

Strength/Skill:

- Power Snatch: work up to 85% for 2 (use this time to dial in technique/find a weight for the EMOM)

Metcon: 16m EMOM

- M1: 2 x Power Snatch

- M2: 6 x Burpees + AMRAP Double Unders w/remaining time
