Saturday Partner WOD!!
Teams of 3!
5 Rounds:
- 15 x Clean and Jerks (185/115) (5 Each)
- 6 x Rounds of Partner Cindy (2 must be working at a time!)
- 400m Team Run
2 Partners work on "Cindy" while third partner chips away at clean and jerks. Rotate one person every 2 rounds of "Cindy", so that each partner does 4 before moving onto the run.
