- 8 x Push Jerk

- 8 x Close-grip OH Squat

Strength/Skill:

- 1 x Push Press + 2 x Split Jerk: try to top last week!

Metcon: 15m EMOM

M1: 8 x DB Snatch

M2: 15/12 Cal Bike

M3: 9 x Plate-facing burpees

Additional Work:

- Cleans from blocks: 6x2 (work up to 90%)
