Strength/Skill:

- Clean and Jerk: Work up to a 1RM!

Metcon: 15m EMOM

- Bike 30s

- 10 x Strict Chin-ups

- 20 x Wall-balls

Additional Work:

- Snatch Balance + 2 x OH Squat: 6 sets

- Snatch Pulls: work up to 3x3 @100%
