- Shoulder Stretches w/bands

- 10 x Lateral Raises w/plates

- 10 x Front Raises w/plates

- 10 x Y's and T's

- 10 x Strict Press w/bar

2x

- Row 250m

- 12 x Push-ups

- 12 x Lunges

Strength/Skill:

- Split Jerk: work up to a 2RM

Metcon: 4 Rounds - Intervals (1m on/30s off)

- Row for Cals

- NPU Burpees

- Double Unders

- Mountain Climbers

Additional Work:

- 4 Sets: 6 x DB Bench press + 10 x Ring Dips

- 3 Sets: 10 x Reverse Hyper (inside) + 10 x GHD Sit-ups
