  - 7 Reps of "Bear Complex"

  - AMRAP Double Unders till partner returns

 

When Team reaches 300 Double Unders move on to part 2.

 

Part 2:

Partner A: Row 500m

Partner B: AMRAP Rounds of "Cindy" (pick up where partner left off)

 

Score is total rounds of "Cindy"!
