Warm-up:

- Shoulder Stretches w/bands

- 10 x Arm Circles (big/small/reverse for both)

2x w/bar

- 8 x Deadlift

- 8 x Hang Clean

- 8 x Front Squat

- 8 x Push Press

Strength/Skill:

- Power Clean + Power Jerk: work up to a max!

Metcon: 15m EMOM

M1: 5 x Touch-and-go Power Cleans (increase weight as you go!)

M2: 8-12 HSPU

M3: 30s Double Unders

Additional Work:

- Behind-the-neck Split Jerk: work up to 90% x 2
