Warm-up:

- Stretch/foam roll

- 20 x Toe-touch jump squats

- 15 x SLOW Good mornings

- Bike 1k moderate pace

Strength/Skill:

- Back Squat: 5 x @50, 5 x @60%, 3 x @70%, work up from there in singles!

Metcon: 25/20/15/10/5

- Front Squat (115/75)

- T2B

- Run 200m after each set!

Additional Work:

- Snatch: 3 x @50, 3 x @60%, 2 x @70%, 2 @80%, work up from there in singles!
