Metcon: 15m EMOM

  - M1: 8-12 x C2B Pull-ups

  - M2: 8-12 x HSPU

  - M3: 15-20 T2B

 

Additional Strength:

  - Snatch Pull + Snatch: work up to 90% (no misses)

  - Clean Pull + Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean: Find a max for the day! (no misses)
